Our Service is seeking applicants with positive attitudes who are self-starters and reliable team players for the above position in our Facility Maintenance Section. 
The incumbent, under the supervision of the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, will maintain buildings, grounds and equipment in compliance with accepted standards. These duties require a working knowledge of inventory control, heating, ventilation, mechanical, plumbing and electricity.
This position also requires the incumbent to perform daily general cleaning duties which may result in the incumbent performing frequent moderate physical activity in a secure environment with occasional exposure to minor disagreeable conditions or hazards.
Candidates must have a secondary school diploma, a valid Ontario driver’s licence and be able to proficiently operate general maintenance equipment. This position requires candidates to have excellent customer service and communication skills, multi-tasking abilities and the ability to work independently. Previous professional cleaning and general maintenance experience is preferred.
This is a part-time rotating shift position that includes both day and evening shifts with a minimum of twenty-five hours per week and a maximum of thirty-nine hours per week. The current starting hourly rate for this exciting position is $19.82 with the option to enroll in a comprehensive benefit package.
