Our Service is seeking applicants with positive attitudes who are self-starters and team players for the above position in our Records Section.  The incumbents will process and maintain information on our Service Records Management System received from Service members, community partners and private citizens.


Candidates must have a secondary school diploma, minimum keyboarding speed of 55 w.p.m., excellent oral/written communication skills and be computer literate in word processing. This position requires candidates to have excellent multi-tasking abilities and to consistently make sound decisions during challenging and dynamic situations. Duties of the position include data entry, transcription, filing, customer service for members of the public, report preparation and other duties as required.


This is a part-time rotating shift position that may include day, evening and weekend shifts with a minimum of twenty-five hours per week and a maximum of thirty-nine hours per week. The current starting hourly rate for this exciting position is $ with the option to enroll in a comprehensive benefit package.
