Incident: 18-15377
Location: Colborne Street East
Incident:  On Thursday April 26, 2018 Brantford Police Service received a report of a Break and Enter to a residence on Colborne Street East.  Sometime during the day unknown person(s) forced open the front door and entered the residence.  The residence was rummaged through.  Reported taken was jewelry and money.

Location: Dorchester Ave 
Incident: On April 27, 2018 just after 1:30 a.m. Brantford Police Service received a call about a suspicious vehicle in the area of Dorchester Ave.  A vehicle had been parked in the area for some time that was not known to the area.  Damage was also observed on the vehicle.  Community Patrol Officers attended to the area where they located the vehicle and confirmed that the vehicle had been previously been reported stolen.  Officers did not find anyone in the vehicle and the area was subsequently searched.

Location: Wayne Gretzky Parkway    
Incident: On Thursday April 26, 2018 just before 10:00 p.m. Brantford Police Service received a call from a business on Wayne Gretzky Parkway.  Employees advised that an unknown male was in the store, disrupting customers and staff and was refusing to leave.  Community Patrol Officers attended and located the male in the store.  A 55 year old Brantford male has been charged under the Trespass to Property Act.

Location: Erie Ave    
Incident: On Friday April 27, 2018 just after 10:00 a.m. Community Patrol Officers observed a vehicle travelling on Erie Ave.  The vehicle did not have a front licence plate displayed on the vehicle and information received was the licence plate attached to the rear of the vehicle was not registered to that vehicle.   Officers performed a traffic stop and spoke to the male driver.  Investigation revealed that the drivers licence was currently suspended and that he had recently purchased the vehicle and had not registered it.  Further investigation revealed that there was no insurance on the vehicle.  As a result of the investigation the driver a 35 year old Brantford male is charged with, Drive While Under Suspension, Fail to Apply for Permit on Becoming Owner, Drive Motor Vehicle - Fail to Display Two Plates and Use Plates not Authorized for Motor Vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act.  The driver was also charged with Operate Motor Vehicle - No Insurance under the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.
