Incident: On Thursday December 14, 2017 a resident from Lynnwood Drive reported that their residence had been broken into. Sometime overnight unknown person(s) entered the residence through a rear door. Reported taken was jewelry and money.
Type: Domestic Disturbance
Incident: 17-47809
Location: Sheldon Street
Incident: On Thursday December 14, 2017 just before 9:00 p.m. Brantford Police Service received a 9-1-1 call about a disturbance. Information was received that a male had attended to the residence and was causing problems. Community patrol officers attended and located the male. Investigation revealed that the male was on a court order not to be at the residence. It was further discovered that the male was in possession of a Controlled Substance. A 24 year old Brantford man is charged with Fail to Comply with Recognizance and Disobey a Court Order under the Criminal Code and Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act. The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.

Location: St Paul Ave
Incident: On Friday December 15, 2017 just after 12:00 a.m. Community Patrol Officers observe a vehicle being operated on St Paul Ave near Dufferin Ave. Officers performed a traffic stop and spoke to the driver. Upon speaking to the driver the officers suspected the driver had consumed alcohol. A roadside screening device was issued to the driver. The driver registered a warning on the screening device. A 47 year old Brantford male was issued a 3 day drivers licence suspension.
