Location: Erie Ave    
Incident: On Sunday July 29th, 2018 Brantford Police Service received a report of a theft from a residence on Erie Ave.  Sometime overnight unknown person(s) stole various construction materials from a residential complex located on Erie Ave.  Reported taken was an A/C unit, ductwork and piping.

Location: Colborne Street    
Incident: On Sunday July 29, 2018 just after 1:30 p.m. Brantford Police Service received a call from a business on Colborne Street East.  An unknown female had been shopping and was seen concealing a number of items in an oversized handbag.  She went to the checkout where she proceeded to pay for items in her cart, but not the ones concealed.  She left the store without making any attempts to pay for the concealed items.  Community Patrol Officers attended to the store where they located and arrested the accused without incident.  A 54 year old Brantford female is charged with Theft Under $5000 and Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000.

Location: Superior Street    
Incident: On Sunday July 29, 2018 just after 9:30 a.m. Brantford Police Service received a 9-1-1 call from a residence on Superior Street.  A male had gotten into a verbal argument with his mother.  He began to threaten to harm her, spit in her face and started to destroy property in the residence.  Community Patrol Officers attended to the residence where they located and arrested the accused without incident.   A 17 year old Brantford male is charged with Assault, Utter Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm and Mischief to Property Under $5000.00.

Location: Dunsdon Street    
Incident: On Sunday July 29, 2018 just after 8:00 a.m. Community Patrol Officers observed a vehicle being driven on Dunsdon Street near Cedarland Drive.  Information had been received that the vehicles registration was not valid.  Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke to the male driver.  Investigation revealed that the drivers licence was currently under suspension.  A 33 year old Brantford male is charged with Drive While Under Suspension and Drive Motor Vehicle ? No Currently Validated Permit under the Highway Traffic Act.
