Location: Park Ave   
Incident: On Tuesday November 13, 2018 just after 3:00 a.m. Brantford Police Service received a 9-1-1 call about a suspicious male that was seen causing a disturbance on Park Ave.  The male was yelling and screaming and going onto residences on Park Ave.  Community patrol Officers attended to the area where they located the male who was yelling, screaming and causing a disturbance.  Officers were able to speak to and safely arrested the male without incident.  While dealing with the male he was found to be in possession of approximately $200 worth of suspected crystal methamphetamine.  Investigation revealed that the accused was currently bound by a court order with conditions.  A 40 year old Brantford male has been charged with Cause a Disturbance, Trespass By Night and Breach of Probation under the Criminal Code.  He is also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.  The accused was held for a bail hearing.

Location: King George Road  
Incident: On Sunday November 11, 2018 just after 8:30 a.m. Community Patrol Officers observed a vehicle travelling on King George Road.  The vehicles licence plate was obstructed and unreadable.  Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke to the male driver.  Investigation revealed that the driver licence was currently suspended and he was a Prohibited Driver.  The licence plates that were attached to the vehicle did not belong to the vehicle they were attached to and that there was no insurance on the vehicle.  A 57 year old Brantford male has been charged with Drive While Under Suspension and Use of Plates Not Authorized for the Motor Vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act.  He has also been charged with Owner Operate Motor Vehicle - No Insurance under the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.  The vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days.

Location: King George Road  
Incident:  On Tuesday November 13, 2018 just after 4:00 a.m. Community Patrol Officers were monitoring King George Road when they observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed.  Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke to the male driver.  Investigation revealed that the drivers licence was currently under suspension.  A 27 year old Cambridge male is charged with Drive While Under Suspension and Speeding – 83 km/hr in a 50 km/hr Zone under the Highway Traffic Act.  He is further charged with Failing to Surrender Insurance Card under the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.

Location: King George Road  
Incident: On Monday November 12, 2018 just after 4:30 p.m. Community Patrol Officers observed a vehicle travelling on King George Road.  Information was received that the vehicles validation was expired.  Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke to the male driver.  Investigation revealed that the driver licence was currently suspended.  A 41 year old Toronto male has been charged with Drive While Under Suspension and Drive Motor Vehicle no Currently Validated Permit under the Highway Traffic Act.

Location: Scarfe Ave   
Incident: On Monday November 12, 2018 Brantford Police Service received a report of a Break and Enter to a residence on Scarfe Ave.  Sometime overnight unknown person(s) broke into the residence by forcing open the rear door.  Reported stolen were a number of tools.
