Location: Westgate Circle   
Incident: On Monday November 5, 2018 just before 8:00 p.m. Brantford Police Service received a call about a male who was in the area of Westgate Circle, yelling and screaming, carrying a large stick causing a disturbance.  Community Patrol Officers attended to the area where they located the male.  The male was arrested without incident.  While dealing with the male he was found to be in possession of a small amount of suspected crystal methamphetamine.  Investigation revealed that the accused was currently bound court order with conditions.  A 37 year old Brantford male has been charged with Possession of Weapon Dangerous, Cause a Disturbance, Breach of Probation and Breach of Court Order under the Criminal Code of Canada.  He is also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.

Location: Grey Street  
Incident:  On Tuesday November 6, 2018 just before 12:00 p.m. Brantford Police Service received a 9-1-1 call about a disturbance at an address on Grey Street.  An unknown male and female were involved in a verbal argument when the female went inside the male kicked open the door.  Community Patrol Officers attended to the residence where they located the parties involved.  While speaking to the male he continued to yell, scream and cause a disturbance.  Officer attempted to arrest the male who resisted arrest and tried to fight with officers.  The male was arrested and was found to be in possession of a small amount of prescription medication (Xanax) that was not prescribed to him.  A 22 year old Brantford male has been charged with Cause a Disturbance and Assault Police under the Criminal Code and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Xanax) under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Location: St James Street  
Incident: On Monday November 5, 2018 Brantford Police Service received a report of a theft from a vehicle on St James Street.  Sometime overnight unknown person(s) smashed out the rear window of the vehicle and took tools and an air compressor.
