Incident: On Wednesday November 7, 2018 just before 3:00 p.m. Brantford Police Service received a 9-1-1 call about a male who was causing a disturbance at a business on Dalhousie Street.  The male had attended to the business where he started to cause a disturbance for staff and customers, when asked to leave he pulled the fire alarm and then stole a bicycle from the lobby.  Community Patrol Officers attended to the area where they located and arrested the male a short time later.  The male was arrested without incident.   Investigation revealed that the male was currently bound by court order with conditions.  A 36 year old Brantford male has been charged with Mischief Under $5000.00, Theft Under $5000, False Fire Alarm and Breach of Recognizance under the Criminal Code.  The accused was held for a bail hearing.

Incident:  On Wednesday November 7, 2018 just after 1:00 a.m. Community Patrol Officers were flagged down by staff at a business on Dalhousie Street.  Staff requested assistance in removing some patrons from the business.  Officers spoke to a female in the group who was identified as having an outstanding warrant for her arrest.  The accused was arrested without incident.  While dealing with the female she was found to be in possession of crystal methamphetamine, money and a number of individual small plastic baggies.  The accused was found to be in possession of over 13 grams of crystal methamphetamine worth over $1500.00.  A 30 year old Brantford woman was arrested on the outstanding warrant and has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.  She is also charged with Possession of Proceeds of Crime under the Criminal Code of Canada.  The accused was held for a bail hearing.
