Police Looking for Missing Youth - Located

Investigators from the Brantford Police Service are seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing youth.
Noah Cunningham-Davis, a 12 year-old boy, was last seen at approximately 4:00pm on Wednesday December 05, 2018. He was last seen in the area of Sarah Street in the City of Brantford.
Noah Cunningham-Davis is described as male, 5’9”, brown eyes, medium build, and sandy coloured hair. He was last seen wearing a track suit with a grey/blue jacket.
Police are concerned for the youth’s well-being. Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Constable Kevin Cabral of the Brantford Police Service Criminal Investigations Section at (519) 756-7050, ext. 2206.

Type:  Suspended Driver/Stolen Property  
Incident: 18-47762
Location: St George Street and House Ave     
Incident: On Sunday December 2, 2018 just after 9:00 p.m. Community Patrol Officers observed a vehicle being operated on House Ave at St George St in Brantford.  Information was received that the licence plates on the vehicle had been reported stolen.  Officers stopped the vehicle and arrested the male driver.  While dealing with the male he was found to be in possession of a small amount of crystal methamphetamine.  Investigation revealed that the driver was currently bound by a court order with conditions and that his drivers licence was suspended.  The vehicles permit was not valid and there was no insurance.  A 30 year old Brantford male has been charged with Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000 and Breach of Recognizance Order under the Criminal Code.  He is further charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.  He has also been charged with Drive While Under Suspension, Use Plates Not Authorized for Motor Vehicle and Fail to Apply for Permit under the Highway Traffic Act and Fail to have Insurance under the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.

Location: Mount Pleasant Street   
Incident:  On Sunday December 2, 2018 just after 11:45 p.m. Brantford Police Service received a report of a two vehicle collision on Mount Pleasant Street and Clench Ave.  Community Patrol Officers attended to the area where they located the motor vehicle collision and spoke to the drivers involved.  While speaking to the one male driver officers observed signs of impairment and a roadside demand was given.  The driver provided a sample and failed the roadside screening device.  The driver was arrested and transported to the Brantford Police Service where he was to provide samples of his breath as required by law.  The accused samples were over the legal limit.  A 23 year old Brantford man has been charged with Operate Motor Vehicle – Over 80.  His licence was suspended for 90 days and her vehicle was impounded for 7 days.

Location: Dalhousie Street    
Incident: On Sunday December 2, 2018 just before 5:00 p.m. Brantford Police Service received a report of a two vehicle collision on Dalhousie Street.  Community Patrol Officers attended to the area where they located the motor vehicle collision and spoke to the drivers involved.  While speaking to the one female driver officers observed signs of impairment and a roadside demand was given.  The driver provided a sample and failed the roadside screening device.  The driver was arrested and transported to the Brantford Police Service where she was to provide samples of her breath as required by law.  The accused samples were over the legal limit.  A 57 year old Brantford woman has been charged with Operate Motor Vehicle – Over 80.  Her licence was suspended for 90 days and her vehicle was impounded for 7 days.

Location: Gladstone Ave.     
Incident: On Saturday December 1, 2018 just after 8:00 a.m. Brantford Police Service received a call about an assault at an address on Gladstone Ave.  The female victim had gotten into an argument with her ex-boyfriend which turned physical.  The male physically assaulted and used a Taser on the victim before fleeing the area.  Community Patrol Officers attended to the area where they located the victim who received non-life threatening injuries as a result of the investigation.  Officers were able to locate and arrest the accused a short distance away.  A 30 year old Brantford male has been charged with Assault with a Weapon, Assault, Possession of Weapons Dangerous, Possession of a Restricted Weapon, Possession of Weapon while Prohibited, Choking, Uttering Threats and Breach of Probation under the Criminal Code.  The accused was held for a bail hearing.            

Type: Break and Enter – Arrest

Location: Erie Ave     
Incident:  On Sunday December 2, 2018 just after 3:30 a.m. Brantford Police Service received a 9-1-1 call from a business on Erie Ave.  An unknown male had just broken into a business on Erie Ave by smashing the glass door.  The suspect male had fled the area on foot after taking money from the cash register.  Community Patrol Officers attended to the area where they were able to locate and arrest the male a short time later.  A 21 year old Brantford male has been charged with Break, Enter and Commit and Possession of Stolen Property.
