Dalhousie Street and Brant Avenue Closed after Multi-Vehicle Collison.

On November 20th at approximately 0640hrs, a call was received to the Brantford Police Service that a motor vehicle theft took place in the area of Harris Ave and West Street.
The stolen vehicle was then involved in a collision near by and was located by officers without the driver inside.
A short time after the first collision another call was received to BPS about a vehicle stolen from the Gilkinson Street and Colborne Street area. This vehicle was then involved in a multi-vehicle collision at the intersection of Dalhousie Street and Brant Avenue.
Officers were dispatched and quickly located and arrested a female who was involved.
As a result, a 45-year-old Brantford female resident stands charged with multiple criminal code offences and will be held for a bail hearing.

The roads at Dalhousie and Brant Avenue were closed due to the incident and remain so until the investigation is concluded.
