Erie Ave Between Icomm Drive and Colborne Street Closed for Motor Vehicle Collision Investigation

On Thursday, September 25, 2025, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to attend the site of a motor vehicle collision at Erie Avenue and Market Street after a motor vehicle struck a commercial building.

One person has been transported to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Erie Avenue between Icomm Drive and Market Street are currently closed for investigation. We are asking motorists to take alternate routes and avoid the area. Updates related to the road closure will be provided on the Brantford Police Service social media channels.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage of the incident is asked to contact Constable Shane Seibert of the Brantford Police Service Traffic Unit at 519-756-7050 ext 2204.
