BPS Traffic Unit Seeking Witnesses of Hit-and-Run (1)

The BPS Traffic Unit are actively investigating a hit-and-run that occurred at the intersection of Stanley Street and Chatham Street at approximately 1:00 p.m., Monday, September 28, 2026. The driver struck a pedestrian in a mobility assist wheelchair and left the scene. The extent of injuries is unknown at this time.

The driver was last observed travelling southbound along Stanley Street. The vehicle is a dark coloured sedan which may have scratches to the left-front driver’s side fender.
