BRANTFORD POLICE SEEK ADDITIONAL VICTIMS AND WITNESSES FOLLOWING A SERIES OF GARAGE AND SHED BREAK-INS

On June 2, 2026, Brantford Police attended the area of Colborne Street West and Gilkison Street to investigate overnight break-ins involving garages and sheds.
The Brantford Police Service is seeking the public's assistance in identifying additional victims and witnesses following an investigation involving a suspicious male who is alleged to have entered several residential properties and broken into garages and sheds.
Investigators believe there may be additional incidents that have not yet been reported to police. During the course of the investigation, evidence suggests the suspect sustained an injury. Residents in the area are asked to check their properties for signs of unauthorized entry, damage, or blood stains and splatter in and around garages, sheds, fences, gates, or other areas of their property.
Police are encouraging residents to review any available security camera footage and report any suspicious activity that may have occurred in their neighborhood.
